  1. 💧 0:00 Pour 2x dose weight, swirl to wet all grounds 60g
  2. 🫗 0:45 Pour to 60% of total water 300g
  3. 🫗 1:15 Pour to full water amount 500g
  4. 🔄 1:45 Stir once clockwise, once counterclockwise
  5. 🔄 1:55 Gentle swirl to flatten bed
  6. 3:30 Drawdown complete

Notes

The stir + swirl knocks grounds off walls for even extraction. Use boiling water for light roasts.
