Steps

  1. 🫗 0:00 Pour all water over grounds 500g
  2. 🔄 4:00 Break the crust — stir gently, grounds will sink
  3. 🔄 4:30 Scoop off foam and floating particles with spoons
  4. 9:00 Push plunger to surface only (not through grounds)
  5. 9:30 Pour gently

Notes

Do NOT press through the grounds — plunger just filters at surface. The long wait after stirring lets fines settle for a dramatically cleaner cup.
