Steps

  1. 💧 0:00 Pour 2x dose weight, stir to wet all grounds 60g
  2. 🫗 0:45 Pour in circular motion to 60% of total 300g
  3. 🫗 1:15 Continue pouring to full water 500g
  4. 🔄 1:45 Stir clockwise then counterclockwise
  5. 🔄 2:00 Gentle swirl/shake
  6. ✓ 4:10 Drawdown complete

Notes

Same technique as his V60 recipe, adapted for thicker Chemex filter. Longer drawdown expected. Rinse filter thoroughly.
