Steps

  1. 🫗 0:00 Pour all water, wetting all grounds 200g
  2. 0:15 Insert plunger ~1cm to create vacuum seal
  3. 🔄 2:00 Gently swirl the brewer
  4. 2:30 Begin pressing gently and evenly (~30 seconds)
  5. 3:20 Press complete

Notes

Standard (upright) orientation, NOT inverted. The 1cm plunger insertion stops premature dripping. Use 100°C for light roast, 90°C for dark.
