  1. 🫗 0:00 Add coffee, pour water to Level 1 90g
  2. 🔄 0:05 Stir for 10 seconds
  3. ⬇ 0:15 Press gently for 20-40 seconds
  4. ✓ 1:00 Press complete — dilute with hot water to taste

Notes

Makes a concentrate/espresso-style shot. Dilute with hot water for Americano. Very low 80°C temp avoids bitterness. Inventor's original recipe.
